These Terms of Service apply to GP Automations, a private client reporting and marketing automation platform operated by George Papatheodorou. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms.
1. About GP Automations
GP Automations supports reporting, client account management, marketing automation and selected connected-service functions for businesses that I work with.
The platform is not offered as an unrestricted public service. Access is provided only to users, client organisations and administrators who have been authorised to use it.
2. Authorised access
You may use GP Automations only where access has been provided or approved by me or by an authorised representative of the relevant client organisation.
- You must keep your login details secure.
- You must not allow unauthorised people to use your account.
- You must not attempt to access another client's information.
- You must notify me if you believe an account has been compromised.
Access may be restricted or withdrawn where this is needed to protect the platform, its users or client information.
3. Connections to third-party services
GP Automations can connect to third-party services such as Google, Meta, TikTok and email providers where the relevant feature has been configured.
A connection is made only where the account holder or authorised user has provided the necessary permission or credentials.
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, privacy policies, technical limitations, API rules and availability. GP Automations does not control those third-party services.
Google account access is requested only for the GP Automations functions described on the public application page and in the Privacy Policy. Users may revoke Google access through their Google Account at any time.
4. User responsibilities and acceptable use
You must not use GP Automations to:
- Access data that you are not authorised to access.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, security or client separation controls.
- Introduce malware, harmful code or automated attacks.
- Use connected services in breach of their terms or applicable law.
- Interfere with the operation or availability of the platform.
- Copy, reverse engineer or exploit platform code without permission.
5. Client data and privacy
Client and connected-service data remains the data of the relevant client or account holder. Access to that information by GP Automations is for the purpose of providing the agreed platform and digital marketing functions.
Information is handled in accordance with the GP Automations Privacy Policy .
You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate authority to connect an account, provide credentials or permit GP Automations to process information belonging to your organisation.
6. Availability and changes
I aim to keep GP Automations available and working reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, software changes, infrastructure incidents, API limits, third-party outages or changes made by connected-service providers.
Features may be added, changed, restricted or removed where this is necessary to maintain the platform, comply with third-party requirements or improve security and reliability.
7. Intellectual property
The GP Automations software, interface, source code, design and platform-specific materials remain the intellectual property of George Papatheodorou unless otherwise stated.
Client data, business information and third-party service data are not transferred into my ownership by being processed through GP Automations.
8. Suspension, disconnection and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where a client relationship ends, access is no longer required, a security concern arises, these terms are breached or continued access would create a legal or technical risk.
Individual third-party connections may also be disconnected without terminating the user's entire GP Automations account.
9. Liability
GP Automations provides reporting and automation tools to support digital marketing work. Data obtained from third-party services may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or changed by the original provider.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party outages, API changes, revoked permissions, inaccurate third-party data or events outside my reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when GP Automations changes or when legal, security or third-party service requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with the date it was last updated.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
