What data may be processed
Depending on how you interact with my services, the automation platform may process limited information provided by Meta or another connected platform, such as:
- Your Instagram or Meta user ID
- Your username
- Comments you submit on connected social media accounts
- Message or interaction events required to run an automation
- Information you submit through Meta Lead Ads or similar lead forms
- Technical records used to prevent duplicate actions and maintain the service
I only process information that is required to provide the relevant automation or service.

How to request deletion
If you would like your data deleted, email:
Where possible, include:
- Your name
- Your Instagram, Facebook or other relevant username
- The email address associated with your enquiry, if applicable
- A brief description of the interaction or service concerned
This information helps me identify the correct records without requesting unnecessary personal information.

What happens next
Once your request has been verified, I will delete the relevant personal data held by my systems unless I am required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, security or legitimate business purposes.
Timescale: Deletion requests will normally be handled within 30 days.
Some information may already have been deleted automatically under normal data-retention procedures.

Removing access through Meta
You can also remove access granted to an application directly through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Removing access stops the application from receiving new data from your account. You can still contact me using the email address above if you also want previously stored data deleted.
